If you need to cancel the ride?
Know how to raise a cancellation request and how we process your cancellation and refund.

You may cancel the ride through a Call or a Whatsapp Message, which will be processed accordingly and reverted.
The total amount refunded will depend on the time of cancellation and length of the ride.

You may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before the ride starts. People who book within 24 hours of their ride have one hour after booking to cancel for free.

5 days or more before trip start
- Until 24 hours before trip start
Less than 24 hours before trip start - 1 hour after booking

You can book some rides at a discounted, non-refundable price. If this option is available for your ride, we’ll let you know at the time of booking.

There are no credits/refunds issued for early returns except when the request has been made early to shorten the ride and the such request has been accepted in the Services, as defined in the Terms of Service.

For canceled rides of longer than two days, Cancellation is charged at one day's ride cost.
For canceled rides of two days or shorter, Cancellation is charged at 50% of one day's ride cost.

More than 2 days* - 1 day's average trip cost + 50% of any delivery fee
2 days* or less - 50% of 1 day's average trip cost + 50% of any delivery fee

Extras, half of any delivery, protection plan, and young driver fee costs are always refunded if a trip is canceled.

For any rides where a trip modification is requested after the free cancellation period has ended, the cancellation policy and any associated fees from before the modification will apply.

If you want to cancel a booked trip, you must notify as soon as possible. If you fail to cancel and don't show up for the ride after an hour of the trip's start time, it will be considered as a no-show.

More than 2 days* -
based on the average trip cost + 50% of any delivery fee
2 days* or less - 75% of 1 day's average trip cost + 50% of any delivery fee

Extras, protection plans, half of any delivery fee, and driver fee costs are always refunded if you fail to show up for the trip. We retain half of the delivery fee amount, if and as applicable.

• All booking should be made in advance with a minimum of 50% of the total fees as advance booking charges, rest of the amount should be paid once car is at venue.
The Payment needs to be settled prior to start of the ride.

• All the rates mentioned above are for predefined time and distance, whichever is earlier.
Extra charges are applicable when these limits are crossed.

• All of our vehicles are chauffeur driven. We don’t provide self driven services neither do we entertain any driving requests.

• All prices mentioned above are inclusive of chauffeur and in limit fuel charges.

• Any damage/vandalization done to the vehicle would be borne by the renter.

• Toll / Parking charges (if any) are to be borne by the renter.

• Luxorides reserves the right to offer you an ‘equivalent’ vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances.

• Assure proper space for the vehicle to Move. Please avoid bookings for narrow streets and Passages. 

- Please be kind and offer food to the Chauffeur.

- You are also offered a complimentary upgrade service by Luxorides which is subjected to availability.
